We were approached by Scripture Union to restore an old, unused garage/storage area and transform it into a teaching and learning space in Ayrshire. The interior was derelict and the building required both interior and exterior works. During this project we; managed the construction process throughout with the following works including;

• Appoint Damp Proof Specialist
• Tank the rear wall to prevent moisture ingress
• Re-rout roller shutter doors
• Rotted timber windows
• Contractor installed UPVC sliding sash windows and doors
• Installing a new insulated timber floor
• New finished plastered walls and ceilings including 50-100mm foil back Kingspan to studs
• New altro vinyl flooring
• Installing new double-glazed entrance
• PVC cladding, facia, soffit and gutters
• Electrical re-wiring throughout including new board
• Re-decoration after constructional works were completed
• Internal finishes such as; skirtings, facings, doors and ironmongery
