We were approached by our client to refurbish a 3 bedroom house in Mearnskirk. The interior was dated and the room layouts could be improved. During this project we; appointed engineers, achieved building warrant, appointed all contractors and managed the construction process throughout. Works included;

• Non-load bearing structural alterations to create kitchen-diner, a master bedroom with en-suite, a new main bathroom and a utility room.
• New internal doors to ground floor
• New O.G skirtings and facings throughout
• New wood paneling to hall, staircase and cloakroom
• A new Jackton Moor designed kitchen with white Arabesque silestone worktops
• New utility room
• New bench seating dining area
• Re-plastering throughout
• New ornate cornice supplied and fitted
• New media wall with recessed TV and E1800 Evonic fireplace in lounge
• New Karndean flooring throughout ground floor from the Van Gogh range
• New Pimlico carpets on the upper floor
• New En-suite, Bathroom and cloakroom
• All new electrical layout including new chrome sockets, downlighters and some feature lights
• Whole house redecorated
