Project details

Client came to Lomond Building Consultants as they were finding it hard to get contractors to work on a challenging basement project. Following receipt of building warrant Lomond Building Consultants project managed the creation of the new bathroom which included; excavation of old unused basement space, tanking works, pouring of new concrete slab, forming Kingspan insulated walls, rewiring new bathroom and all works involved in installing a new Saniflow drainage system.
