We recently finished a full renovation for a four-bedroom detached home in Bridge of Weir. The property has remained the same for over 30 years, so the new owners wanted to modernise their new home.

Our project manager, Struan, was tasked with helping our clients redesign and renovate
the entire home as well as assisting the client throughout the decision-making process.

The renovation involved:

• Replastering throughout
• Full rewire
• New heating system
• Wall removed between kitchen and dining room to create open plan eating/dining
  space
• New Kitchen Installed including PWS Doors Mornington Shaker, Solid Ash with a
painted finish, Belfast Sink, Carrera Marble Worktops, New Hot Point Appliances
  with a 10 year warranty
• New European Engineered Oak flooring throughout
• Installation of a Hamlet Wood Stove
• New ‘Sheep Skin’ carpet laid in bedrooms
• New 100% Wool Oatcake Royal Windsor carpet runner laid on stairs and hallway
